It all starts with the solar energy that the sun gives out,Then the water from the oceans,lakes and even pools evaporate.After that,Since all that water is to much,is converts into condensation.When thats done,the clouds cant resist and it rains.The precipitation can be in snow rain ect.When the water is in puddles,the plants absorbe it and thats call run off.The plants help the water to get clean and the cycle starts all over.
